The transformation

You'll leave this day different to how you arrived.

01

Clarity on what you actually want

Not what you think you should want, not what sounds good. What you actually want for your life.

02

An understanding of what's been holding you back

The thoughts, patterns, and inner critic that have been running the show — and the tools to start changing them.

03

The courage to go after it unapologetically

Permission to want more and to back yourself to go after it, and to move forward even before you feel ready.

04

A felt sense of direction

Settled, grounded, and clear on which direction you're walking in, with the confidence to move boldly ahead.

Holly McKee Elliott

Holistic Mindset Coach

Holly McKee Elliott is a holistic mindset coach who works with women who know something in their life is ready to shift, even when they're not yet sure what, or how to move forward.

Whether that shows up as feeling stuck, disconnected, or like they're never quite doing enough, Holly helps them bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

Her own journey began at a meditation and breathwork retreat, where she came face to face with just how loud her inner chatter had become — a constant stream of self-criticism and worst-case-scenario thinking. That moment became the turning point for unpicking the patterns that had been holding her back.

Hosting this retreat has been on her vision board for years, and she feels so grateful to now be bringing it to life and holding this space for you.

Holly Dixon

Breathwork Facilitator

Holly Dixon is a Registered Psychologist, Breathwork Facilitator, and Founder of We Are Holistics. She combines psychology, nervous system education, and breathwork to create safe spaces for restoration, reflection, and self-discovery.

All of Holly's work is grounded in the belief that when we slow down and return to the body, we often uncover insights and answers that the busy mind has not yet thought to ask.

Through her work, she empowers individuals to reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate a sense of safety within their bodies — creating greater resilience, balance, and wellbeing in everyday life.

Your questions answered

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to share or speak in front of the group?

Not at all. This is your day. You're welcome to take part as much or as little as feels right — there's no pressure to share or speak in front of the group at any point.

I've never done breathwork before, is that okay?

Absolutely. The breathwork is gentle and fully guided, with no experience needed. Holly Dixon will walk you through everything, and you can go at your own pace.

I'm not spiritual or “woo-woo”, is this for me?

Yes. The day is grounded and practical — real tools for self-belief, clarity and action. Come exactly as you are.

Will I be filmed or photographed?

A photographer or content creator may be present capturing photos and video for marketing. You'll be reminded of this in your booking confirmation. If you'd prefer not to appear, email info@oskaya.com.au at least 5 days before the day and we'll make reasonable efforts to keep you out of any published content.

How far is Caoura Cliffs from Sydney?

Caoura Cliffs is in Tallong in the Southern Highlands, around two hours' drive south of Sydney.

Can I bring a friend?

Please do. Many guests come with a friend — you can book more than one ticket at checkout, and there's space to connect with both yourself and the other women in the room.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. There's a spot to share any dietary requirements when you book, and our wholefood catering will accommodate them.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests are made in writing to info@oskaya.com.au. Cancel more than 14 days before the retreat and we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or a credit toward a future event (after any non-recoverable supplier costs). Within 14 days of the retreat, no refund or credit is available.

Travel and accommodation costs are your own and aren't refundable. The full event terms and conditions are shown on the booking page.
