The Pavilion
The view, brought indoors.
The Pavilion is a light-filled glass room on the edge of the escarpment, seating up to 120 guests with the landscape on every side. When the walls are open, the terrace and the room become one. When the weather turns, you lose nothing but the breeze.
It is refined without being formal: a five-metre green marble bar, a fire crackling in the enormous hearth, and warm timber underfoot, with every surface crafted from reclaimed and locally sourced timber from the surrounding farm.

The terrace
Canapés as the sun dips low.
Begin on the terrace with cocktails and canapés while the gorge glows behind you. A fireplace is built into the far edge of the paving, so as golden hour fades your guests have a reason to stay out a little longer.
A flagstone path now runs around the cocktail side of the Pavilion, so guests can move between the terrace and the lawn without crossing grass.
With exclusive use of the whole property, the evening runs to your timing and nobody else's.
Inside
A room made for the long table and the late dance.
Dinner under soft light, speeches by the hearth, and a dance floor that runs late into the night. The Pavilion holds a seated banquet and a band with room to spare, and turns on a dime from dinner to dancing.
And for a room wrapped in glass, it sounds nothing like one. All that timber softens the acoustics, so speeches carry clearly to the far end of the long table and a band fills the room without ever fighting it.
