You'll find us at 1450 Caoura Road, Tallong NSW 2579 — a private 1,100-acre property above the Shoalhaven gorge, on the quiet southern edge of the Southern Highlands.

Around two hours' drive from Sydney, about an hour and a quarter from Canberra, and roughly 45 minutes from Bowral — close enough for a weekend, remote enough to feel like an escape.

Yes — the Southern Highlands line stops at both Tallong and Bundanoon, and coach or shuttle transfers can be arranged for guests.

No — Caoura Cliffs is a private, working family property, shared exclusively with the couples and groups who book it. Visits are by appointment.

We'd love that — private tours run by appointment, usually on weekdays and quieter weekends, and take around ninety minutes. We keep them one couple or group at a time, so the property (and our attention) is entirely yours.

Yes — weddings will always be the heart of Caoura Cliffs, but we also host a small number of curated wellness and yoga retreats each year, alongside bespoke private and corporate gatherings. Exclusive use of the whole property means a group can truly switch off.

We are certified to host up to 120 guests in The Pavilion, our all-weather events space.

The Homestead — our onsite accommodation, sleeping up to twelve — is reserved for couples and groups as part of a wedding, retreat or private gathering, rather than offered as standalone accommodation. If a stay is part of an event you have in mind, we'd love to hear about it.
