A great offsite needs shape as well as a setting. We help you build the agenda, from the moment your team arrives to the decisions they leave with.

The two-hour drive is part of it. Phones go quiet, the country opens up, and the team lands with the office two hours behind them.

AV-ready spaces for the real work (board sessions, strategy, planning), with room to break out onto the terrace or walk the land between sessions.

The space
Your days happen here. The glass Pavilion is where the real work gets done: AV-ready, light-filled, open to 270° of escarpment. The 1,100 acres around it are for the walks between sessions and the long lunches.
Teams come onto the farm to step back, decide what matters, and eat well together before the day winds down.
Where you'll stay
Your days are out on the farm, but where your team sleeps is yours to choose. Stay onsite for total seclusion, or take private rooms a short drive away and arrive each morning ready to think.
Up to 12 · most private
Stay where you gather. Our restored homestead sleeps up to 12 across a king suite, two queen rooms and a shared bunk room, and suits a close leadership team that wants the whole property to themselves, day and night.

For larger teams, or anyone who'd rather their own room, we partner with The Bundanoon Guest House, a gracious 1925 guest house a short drive from the farm, with private en-suite rooms for up to 36. Everyone sleeps in comfort, and your days stay on the land.
Visit The Bundanoon Guest House →We can help you arrange transfers between Bundanoon and the farm each morning and evening, so the day runs without a hire car in sight. What's workable depends on your numbers and timings, so raise it with us early.

Two ways, depending on your group. A close team of up to 12 can stay onsite at The Homestead and have the whole property to themselves. For larger teams, or anyone who'd prefer their own room, we partner with The Bundanoon Guest House nearby, with private en-suite rooms for up to 36, and can help you arrange transfers to the farm each day.
Yes. Your days are built around the Pavilion and the farm, so capacity runs well beyond 12. With accommodation at The Bundanoon Guest House a short drive away, larger teams can stay in comfort and spend their days out on the land.
Yes. The Pavilion has a state-of-the-art PA/AV system, screens and Wi-Fi throughout. Specialist AV, staging or hybrid streaming can be added to your proposal.
Yes. A full commercial kitchen and separate bar anchor everything from working lunches and grazing tables to private chef dinners and beverage packages, all built into your quote.
Every booking is quoted to your requirements: exclusive use, rooming, catering, AV and any experiences. The package formats are a starting point, and we'll send a tailored proposal with final numbers.
Amplified sound winds down by 10:00pm. For corporate groups this tends to suit the brief: evenings built around dinner, fire and conversation rather than late entertainment.
