End-of-Year Celebrations
Christmas parties and end-of-year long lunches for teams of a dozen to 120, in a glass pavilion on 1,100 private acres — two hours from Sydney.
Why here
By December, everyone has done the city function room: the shared venue, the hour of canapés, the taxi rank. An end-of-year at Caoura Cliffs is a different proposition — the whole property, exclusively yours, and a long Australian summer day to spend on it.
Guests step off the coach onto the farm, drinks go around on the lawns, lunch runs long inside the glass with the gorge beyond it — the kind of unhurried afternoon a year's work deserves.
Ways to run it
Every booking is tailored and quoted to your numbers, but most end-of-year celebrations start from one of these.

The setting
The Pavilion is an all-weather room for up to 120 — floor-to-ceiling glass, a full commercial kitchen and bar behind it, and a terrace that catches the last of the light.
Around it, 1,100 acres of high summer: lawns for games and grazing, walking trails out to the cliff line, and a gorge view that does the decorating for you.
Shape the day
Built around your team and your budget, from a grazing table on the lawns to a seated menu with beverage packages and a band.
Good to know
Early. November and December dates are limited — we host a small number of events each week, and the best dates go by early spring. Teams that confirm by August or September get their pick.
By coach, door to door. The property is two hours from Sydney along country roads, and most guests arrive by pre-arranged bus — it keeps the day safe and easy, and nobody has to volunteer to drive. We work with trusted local coach companies and build transport into your proposal.
Outdoor areas close and amplified music winds down at 10pm. Coaches are timed to your own event rather than a set hour, so you'll settle departures with your operator and confirm them with us. It's part of why the long lunch is our signature format — the day gives you more of the property than the night does.
A full commercial kitchen and bar anchor the Pavilion. We'll connect you with caterers who know the venue — from grazing tables to seated menus — and beverage packages are served by an RSA-certified team, all built into your quote.
The Pavilion is an all-weather space for up to 120, so the party is never hostage to the forecast. If the day is kind, the terrace and lawns do the heavy lifting; if it isn't, everything moves inside the glass without missing a beat.
Yes. Not every end-of-year needs 100 people — a leadership lunch for 12, a chef dinner and a night at The Homestead, or a small-team celebration all work beautifully. Tell us the group and we'll shape the day around it.
