The Air Between Us.

Sydney couture house Moira Hughes brought The Air Between Us to Caoura Cliffs — the campaign for a collection carrying the promise “as light as air, as strong as love”, shot across the open country above the Shoalhaven gorge.

The property gave the shoot its weather. Mist lifted out of the gorge and rolled low over the paddocks, wind moved through the tulle, and an old eucalypt held the lace against its bark — light, cloud and land shaping every frame. Nothing in these images was staged that the landscape didn't offer first.

It was a natural pairing. The collection fuses vintage detail with modern craftsmanship — signature corsetry, heritage laces, whisper-soft satins — and was created, in Moira's words, for the bride who carries both timeless femininity and untamed spirit: gowns designed to capture the wild romance of the Australian landscape. So the house came to where that landscape is most itself.
