What a wedding here costs.
Our rates are published. This page sets out what they cover, what you book yourselves, and the questions worth asking any venue you're comparing.
Venue hire
What venue hire covers.
Venue hire is set by the month and the day of the week, for weddings of up to 120 guests.
It covers more than a hire fee often does. There's no marquee to hire, and the furniture, tableware, linen, bathrooms, sound and lighting are already here, so none of them comes back later as a separate line.

- Planning support from the day you book: your own planning portal, two site visits and our recommended suppliers
- The Rolls-Royce for your entry, the Range Rover for your bridal party

Booked by you
Five things every wedding here needs.
These sit outside venue hire. You choose who does them and pay them directly. We share our recommended suppliers with you during planning.
Catering
Required
- From our recommended caterers, who know the Pavilion's kitchen. Another caterer can be approved in writing.
Bar staff
Required
- Drinks are served by a licensed, RSA-certified bar team of at least four, whatever your guest numbers. We partner with a bar service we'll introduce you to during planning, or your caterer can provide the team.

Yours to supply
- The bar is dry hire: you bring your own drinks and we chill them ahead of the day. We have a great relationship with Dan Murphy's in Mittagong, who deliver straight to back of house. Your caterer or bar provider can also put a selection together if you'd rather not buy them yourselves. How BYO works here
On-the-day coordinator
Required
- Every wedding here has a professional On-the-Day Coordinator. Bring your own, qualified and approved by us, or ask us to quote for ours.
Guest coaches
Required
- Your guests travel to the property by coach. You book the coaches directly with one of our nominated operators. How guests get here
Photography, flowers, music, styling, your celebrant, hair and make-up: you choose and book these yourselves, as you would at any venue.
Accommodation
Where everyone stays.
Two nights in The Homestead are part of venue hire, for up to twelve of you.
Everyone else stays nearby. The closest accommodation is around 15 minutes away, and Bundanoon, around 35 minutes, has guesthouses and hotels that take whole groups.

The answers change what a wedding costs more than the headline rate does. These are ours.
Do we need a marquee?
No. The Pavilion is an all-weather building, with floor-to-ceiling glass that opens to the terrace.
Are tables, chairs, tableware and linen included?
Yes: 140 chairs, 20 long tables, plateware, cutlery, glassware, and linen tablecloths and napkins.
Are bathrooms, sound, lighting and rubbish removal included?
Yes, including an accessible bathroom, the PA/AV system and the Pavilion's lighting.
Who sets up the ceremony?
We do. Ceremony set-up is part of venue hire, wherever on the property you choose to marry.
Do we book our own suppliers?
Yes. You book and pay your suppliers directly, and we share our recommended suppliers with you during planning.
Is someone from the venue there on the day?
Yes. Your Venue Manager is on site for the duration of your event and looks after the property. That's a different role from your On-the-Day Coordinator, who runs the day for you.
Can guests stay on the property?
Twelve can, in The Homestead, for two nights. It's part of venue hire.
